Robert York
Robert York,
Robert York is Chief Executive Officer of all National Companies. He previously served as President until 2015 and also as Vice President after joining National in 1996. Robert is also Director of the National Livestock Producer's Association and is Chairman of the Credit and Finance Committee.

Before his employment with National Livestock, he worked in various capacities within the Farm Credit System as a loan officer. Robert is a former Director of the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association and is a graduate of East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting.

Robert and his wife, Shelley, live near Stonewall with their two children.

Jon Rich
Jon Rich,
Jon joined NLCC in October, 1997. He began his career in the Farm Credit System after receiving an Animal Science degree from Oklahoma State University. His formidable years consisted of learning the value of work by completing the duties required of a farming, hay and cattle operation in the Stephens County area of Oklahoma.

In 1997, Jon joined NLCC as a Vice President and Loan Officer. In those days, the staff was small so everyone had to fill varied roles. Those duties included being the appointed IT "expert", daily accounting when needed and chief light bulb changer. The other duties as needed were managed as he filled his role as a credit officer and inspector while managing a growing loan portfolio. Jon has been an integral part of shepherding us into a new century of company growth from staffing, information technology demands and an increasing organizational loan portfolio. Over the past 17 years he has been a stable resource as National has expanded its footprint in the cattle industry.

Jon directs operational and lending services of NLCC while servicing a large loan portfolio. Work ethic, commitment and integrity are what have made Jon an asset to National Livestock over the years.

Jon and his wife Paula of 22 years live in Marlow; they have one daughter attending Oklahoma Christian University, Maci; daughter Rylee attends Marlow High School and a son Case in middle school. They are members of Chisholm Trail Church of Christ where Jon is a Deacon.

Chris Carroll
Chris Carroll,
Vice President of Lending
Chris Carroll joined NLCC in April 2016. He came to National after beginning his career in the Farm Credit System as a loan officer. Chris received an Agricultural Education degree from Oklahoma State University. He taught in the public school system for eight years before making a transition in to agricultural lending.

Chris is Vice President of Lending. He services customers with their financing needs to help ensure success. At NLCC, we try to make the rancher's life just a little easier so they can focus on their ranch operations.

Chris and his wife, Holly, and their two children, Maggie & Reed, live in Cashion. He is active in his Church, Sirloin Club, and School Board. He enjoys long walks on the beach and aggravating his co-workers.

Colby Christian

Chief Credit Officer
Colby Christian joined NLCC as Chief Credit Officer in 2018. He began his career in commercial banking as a Credit Analyst, Collection Officer, Loan Officer, and Loan Review Officer after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Agribusiness.

Colby and his wife Jala, along with their three children Lilly, Eden, and Wyatt, run a registered and commercial cow-calf operation west of Purcell, where his family have ran cattle for several generations.

David Tague

Vice President/Credit Officer
David Tague joined the National Livestock Team in 2015 as Vice President/Credit Officer. David previously worked as an Agricultural Lender for Liberty National Bank. David grew up on a cattle and wheat farm west of Washington, OK and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and a Minor in Marketing.

David and his wife Melinda, along with their two son, Zachary and Seth, reside on the farm that he grew up on outside of Washington, OK. Melinda is a FFA Instructor for Norman Schools. David has been involved in the Cattle Industry in many aspects, but mostly enjoys working with his family in their cow-calf operation. When not busy on the farm David enjoys hunting and fishing with the boys.

Kurtis Ward
Kurtis Ward,
Executive Vice President/General Counsel
Kurtis Ward is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of National Livestock Credit Corporation and is General Counsel for all National affiliated companies since 2012. Kurtis works on all corporate legal matters including credit functions, auction markets, Packers and Stockyards Act, UCC, human resources, and is administrator of National's forward pricing risk management program.

Prior to 2012, his law practice was devoted to Securities-Commodities litigation and arbitration. Kurtis was also active in cattle futures and options risk management from 1989 to 2012. Prior to that he was with the Farm Credit System as a loan officer.

Kurtis grew up working on several cattle and wheat operations around Kingfisher, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, and he received his Law Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Craig Crabb

V.P./Chief Financial Officer
Craig Crabb has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Livestock Credit Corporation since 2013.

From 2009 until joining National, Craig worked in a public accounting firm in Oklahoma City as a senior auditor. From 2002 to 2009, he worked in a public accounting firm in Chickasha, Oklahoma, as a tax accountant.

Craig is a graduate of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2009.

Craig and his wife, Deborah, live in Oklahoma City with their two children.

David Oakman

Field Inspector
David Oakman grew up on his grandfather Norman Oakman's ranch in southern Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. David began his career with the United States Department of Agriculture Farmers Home Administration and Farm Service Agency and retired as a Farm Loan Manager with 30 years of service.

David and his wife Jana live in Duncan and have three grown children and one grandson. David operates his own cow-calf operation in Stephens County. David accepted a position with National Livestock Credit as a Field Inspector in August 2014.

Scot Reeves

Field Inspector
Scot Reeves was born in Big Springs, Texas and was raised in Ada, Oklahoma, where he currently resides. He attended Oklahoma State University where he received a degree in Agricultural Education and later obtained his Master's Degree from East Central University. He began his teaching career in 1992 and taught until 2010 when he accepted a position with National Livestock Credit Corporation as a Field Inspector.
Jim White
Jim White,
Field Inspector
Jim White grew up in Pottawatomie County and graduated from Earlsboro High School. He graduated from Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science.

Jim served in the National Guard for five years and then began his career with Farm Credit before retiring after 31 years of service.

Jim and his wife, Kay, live in Tecumseh, and they have three grown daughters and one granddaughter.

For many years Jim has been involved in the cattle business, running his own cow-calf operation. Jim enjoys working as a Field Inspector because of the opportunity to become acquainted with so many of National's customers.
